Veronika Eberle is in Amsterdam this week where she makes her debut with the Royal Concertgebouw Orkest. She will give two performances of the Berg Violin Concerto, conducted by Heinz Holliger. The Amsterdam concerts follow last week’s debut performances with Louis Langrée and the Leipzig Gewandhausorchester, where she was joined by Antoine Tamestit for Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante.
Next month Veronika returns to Japan to play Dvorak at the Pacific Music Festival in Sapporo.
Highlights of next season’s concerto projects that Veronika is looking forward to include Mendelssohn with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and Edward Gardner, Dvorak with the Spanish National Orchestra, Mendelssohn with Christopher Hogwood in Winterthur, and Beethoven with the London Symphony Orchestra and Sir Simon Rattle.
Congratulations on another successful season, Veronika!
