Following their fifth annual Carnegie Hall performance in July 2017, the NYO-USA and Askonas Holt will embark on their first Latin American tour that takes them to Guadalajara, México, Quito, Ecuador and Bogotá, Colombia, led by conductor Marin Alsop, performing music by John Adams, new work by Gabriela Lena Frank commissioned by Carnegie Hall and Mahler.

In Guadalajara and Bogotá, the NYO-USA will join forces with local young musicians in numerous side-by-side projects.
