Andrew Staples makes his house debut in Saul at the Theater an der Wien

Toi toi toi to Andrew Staples who makes his house debut this week at the Theater an der Wien in a new production of Handel’s Saul directed by Claus Guth and conducted by Laurence Cummings.

Andrew recently had great success performing his first Dream of Gerontius with Daniel Harding and the Orchestre de Paris. Future highlights include The Spirit of England with BBC Symphony Orchestra and Andrew Davis, Das Paradies und die Peri with the Berliner Philharmoniker under Sir Simon Rattle, a return to Covent Garden as Froh Das Rheingold  conducted by Antonio Pappano (joined by Alan Oke, Dame Sarah Connolly and Brindley Sherratt) and his house debut at the Metropolitan Opera Company.
