Ludovic Morlot announces Seattle Symphony’s plans for next season.
Ludovic Morlot announced details of the 2012/13 season for Seattle Symphony yesterday, following a free performance of Beethoven Symphony No 7.
Ludovic is Music Director of Seattle Symphony and the relationship is going from strength to strength, as illustrated by the fact that they now have 1000 more subscribers than 12 months ago.
The season will open with a gala concert featuring violinist Joshua Bell and other highlights will include Messiaen’s Turangalila Symphony (with pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet) and Benjamin Britten’s War Requiem, both of which will be performed by Seattle Symphony for the first time.
