Stuttgart Ballet
Introduction
One of the world's leading ballet companies, Stuttgart Ballet is synonymous with the name of John Cranko, who directed the company from 1961 until his tragically early death in 1973. His legacy includes the legendary productions of Romeo and Juliet, Onegin and The Taming of the Shrew, which are lynchpins of the company's repertoire to this day.
Askonas Holt was delighted to work with the Stuttgart Ballet, under its present director Reid Anderson, as part of the 2008 Spring Dance at the London Coliseum season.
