Rodion Pogossov makes role debut in Manon Lescaut



Rodion Pogossov will make his second role debut of the season so far, as Lescaut in Puccini’s ‘Manon Lescaut’ at the Bayerische Staatsoper. A role he is delighted to be singing, he returns to Munich having made his debut there in 2013/14 season as Figaro in ‘Il barbiere di Siviglia’.
Performances will be on 12, 15 and 18 April 2016. For more information, see the Bayerische Staatsoper website.
Rodion will return to the UK next month for a concert performance of ‘Adelson e Salvini’ with the BBC Symphony Orchestra (also featuring David Soar) and will also sing ‘Carmina Burana’ with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Charles Dutoit.
