Public booking open for Garsington Opera 2016



At 10am today, public tickets went on sale for Garsington Opera’s 2016 season. 
The festival will present three operas, plus an exciting collaboration with Rambert Dance for Haydn’s ‘The Creation’, featuring Askonas Holt bass Neal Davies
Toby Spence will make his Garsington Opera debut in the title role of Mozart’s ‘Idomeneo’, joined on stage by Louise Alder as Ilia, Timothy Robinson as Arbace, and Robert Murray as the High Priest of Neptune, in a production directed by Tim Albery.
Brindley Sherratt will play the role of Prince Gremin in Tchaikovsky’s ‘Eugene Onegin’, in a production directed by Michael Boyd.

‘Idomeneo’: 19, 22, 24, 27 and 30 June and 3, 6, 9 and 11 July at 5.50pm
‘The Creation’: 14, 15, 16 and 17 July at 6.40pm
