Kristian Bezuidenhout makes his Scottish Chamber Orchestra debut

Kristian Bezuidenhout makes his Scottish Chamber Orchestra debut this week with two different programmes. He starts with a chamber concert of Mozart and Beethoven at Queen’s Hall on Sunday 4 December. Then he play-directs, Mozart’s Piano Concertos Nos. 20 and 22, with Duncan Ward – also making his SCO debut – taking up the baton to conduct pieces by Adès and Grime.
Kristian, who has recently been announced as Artistic Director of the Freiburger Barockorchester for three years from the 2017/18 season, is excited to play with the SCO for the first time and we wish him and Duncan every success!
