Robin Ticciati
With the opening of the 2007/08 season, Robin Ticciati enters his second year as Music Director and Artistic Advisor to the Gävle Symphony Orchestra (Sweden) and continues as Music Director of Glyndebourne on Tour (GOT), a position he assumed in January, 2007.
Ticciati’s forthcoming projects include Verdi’s “Macbeth” at Glyndebourne in autumn 2007, Britten’s “Rape of Lucretia” at the Vienna Konzerthaus with Ian Bostridge and Angelika Kirschlager and debut symphonic engagements with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra.
