Orchestre National de Lyon

The Orchestre National de Lyon is one of France's finest orchestras, and was recently described by The Guardian as 'probably the most refined ensemble in the world'. We first worked with them in 2002 when we organised their visits to the Edinburgh and BBC Proms festivals with their then Music Director, David Robertson. The orchestra's account of Messiaen's Turangalīla Symphony in the Usher Hall was described by The Scotsman as 'Out of this world'. We look forward to presenting this wonderful orchestra in London again in 2005.
