Murray Perahia

In the thirty years he has been performing on the concert stage, Murray Perahia has become one of the most sought after and cherished pianists of our time.

Recognised worldwide as a musician of rare musical sensitivity, Mr. Perahia performs in all of the major international music centres and with every leading orchestra of the world. Orchestral engagements this season include the Philharmonia Orchestra and the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra (conducted by Bernard Haitink). Mr. Perahia will perform recitals throughout Europe in Amsterdam, Florence, Geneva, Milan, Paris, Rome, Stockholm, Venice and Zurich; across North America in Baltimore, Boston, Los Angeles, Newark, New York (Carnegie Hall) and Toronto as well as his annual recital in London. Mr. Perahia is currently the Guest Principal Conductor at the Academy of St Martin in the Fields.
