Giovanni Antonini makes LSO debut



Giovanni Antonini makes his debut with the London
Symphony Orchestra
, conducting their chamber musicians on Friday at Milton
Court. The programme includes works by J.S. Bach and two of his sons,
Telemann Recorder Concerto, in which Giovanni is soloist, and Haydn
Symphony No. 49, which Giovanni has recently recorded with his ensemble Il
Giardino Armonico. This was part of the Haydn 2032 project for Outhere Music, which
sees the release of all of Haydn’s symphonies.
