Tenor Andrew Staples celebrates the release of two new recordings. The first is Schumann’s ‘Scenes from Goethes Faust’ with the Bayerischer Rundfunk Symphony Orchestra and Choir, conducted by Daniel Harding which also features soprano, Christiane Karg. It is released on the BR Klassik label. The second is Handel’s ‘Messiah’ with Le Concert d’Astrée, conducted by Emmanuelle Haïm and also featuring soprano Lucy Crowe. This is released on the Erato/Warner Classics label.
