Andrea Carè makes triple debut in ‘Aida’ with Boston Symphony Orchestra



üAndrea Carè makes a triple debut this weekend; his role debut as Radamès, the ‘love-interest’ in Verdi’s ‘Aida’ (acts I and II), his debut with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and his debut in Tanglewood. Andrea will be joined on stage by Kristine Opolais and conducted by BSO Music Director Andris Nelsons.
The performance will be broadcast live on WCRB at 8pm local time.
Andrea opens his 2016-17 season with performances of ‘Fedora’ at the Royal Swedish Opera, alongside Asmik Grigorian (10 December – 18 January 2017).
Andrea performs in ‘Aida’ on Saturday 20 August at 8pm local time. For more information, see the BSO website.
