PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Tours & Project Department

We seek a Project Administrator to work in our busy Tours & Projects department. Reporting to the Head of Tours & Projects, the successful candidate will join a team of nine people, who are responsible for the delivery of tours for a wide variety of orchestras and dance companies, working at the highest level, which include the great orchestras of Europe and the Americas, and other world-leading performing arts institutions.

ARTIST MANAGER
Singers

The Artist Manager is part of a team responsible for several internationally respected artists within the singers’ team. Our more established artists have specialised and detailed needs while our clients beginning their careers require development, planning and nurturing. Artist Managers are frequently required to attend their artists’ performances in the evening or over weekends, and often outside of the UK.

ASSISTANT ARTIST MANAGER
Conductors and Singers

We seek an Assistant Artist Manager to be part of a team responsible for several internationally respected artists alongside Artist Managers within the conductors and singers team. The successful candidate will be required to write biographies, schedules, letters and emails. You will have regular contact with artists and promoters and the individual in this role needs to be extremely well-organised with excellent administrative skills and remains calm under pressure to meet our clients’ expectations.
